CHARGEABLE REPAIR PROCEDURE

Our service department offers trade pricing for workshop repairs on all ECR and POS devices. For assistance with your customer repairs, deliver or courier them to us for immediate attention. WARRANTY REPAIR PROCEDURE

ALLPOS will honour the factory issued warranty cover on products for the period specified on each device. All warranty coverage is deemed return-to-base, resellers responsible for the freight to our Service Centre and Vantex will ship the repaired unit back free-into-store. Consult with our Sales Department or our Current Product Catalogue for warranty periods.

If you wish to return a product for Credit or Warranty repair, then download and complete the following RA Form and fax it to the fax number below and you will be issued with an RA Number before return of goods.
